Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdvayaAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. AdvayaAI is operated by AdvayaAI ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

AdvayaAI is an AI-powered service that connects to your Google Business Profile to automatically generate and post replies to customer reviews on your behalf. The Service includes:

• → Automated review monitoring via Google Business Profile API
• → AI-generated review reply drafts using Claude AI
• → Automatic or manual posting of replies to Google
• → Analytics and reporting on review activity
• → Email notifications and daily digest summaries

3. Google Account Authorization

By connecting your Google Business Profile, you authorize AdvayaAI to access your Business Profile data including reviews, and to post replies to those reviews on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings or from the AdvayaAI dashboard.

You are responsible for ensuring that the Google account you connect is authorized to manage the business location(s) you wish to use with the Service.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

AdvayaAI offers three subscription plans:

• → Starter — $49/month, up to 100 AI replies per month
• → Growth — $79/month, up to 250 AI replies per month
• → Unlimited — $200/month, unlimited AI replies

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Reply limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused replies do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

Review replies are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, you acknowledge that:

• → AI-generated replies may not always perfectly represent your business voice
• → You are responsible for all content posted to Google under your account
• → We recommend reviewing replies periodically to ensure quality
• → AdvayaAI is not liable for any customer relationship impacts from AI-generated replies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to post false, misleading, or defamatory content, to violate Google's Terms of Service, to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvayaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
